I realized this morning that I didn’t check on my blog over the weekend, and I’ve missed it. I don’t really know what to say on my blog now that I’m writing for Yahoo and another freelance gig. I spend hours everyday writing, then the computer gets closed and I go from writer-extraordinaire, to childcare provider and mom. The switch is sometimes so smooth that by noon I’ve forgotten that I was ever a writer. Other days, the switch is a bit more bumpy and the writer in me takes notes all day long for things to write about the next morning. I have put my novel aside for the time being, and I miss it, too. Just seems like I don’t have enough hours in the day to do all the writing I want to.
Oh but guess what? I’m leading a little Bible study, that starts tonight – and I am suddenly frightened! What seemed like a great idea last week, is now looming over me like a really big, really easy to mess up thing. Pray for me!
We got a puppy! I’m going to try to get pictures today, so I can share them this week! He’s wonderful – his name is Flynn!
There is an update for today, and I believe I will be updating more regularly. I’m working on “block scheduling” my writing days so I can get some time in for the blog, Yahoo!, my other freelance gig, and my novel!
