Good Horse, Bad Color: How One Girl Started Helping Horses in Transition.
About
In this biographical fiction, you will meet young Zoe Page as she faces tough choices from the start. You will pull for her, hope for her, and watch her grow as she pursues one passion over another.
You will laugh with her, cry with her, and roll your eyes with her. You will feel the true meaning of grit and determination. Your heart will break with hers and you will be reminded what the brink of giving up feels like, but don’t despair. You will persevere with her.
This story gives you the chance to connect with a young woman who selflessly gives back to her community, gives a voice to the voiceless, and makes a difference in the world. One horse at a time, one life at a time, one friend at a time, Zoe commits to contributing to our world in positive and life-giving ways.
Zoe and I are excited to donate the proceeds from this fictional biography of her life to Hope Retreat Ranch. You can learn more about them by following these links:

Praise for this book
Wow! This book was such a joy to read! I also cried while reading this book, because of a colt named Remington, Remi, for short, who was one of her earlier loves. It is a book about Zoe Page who finds her love of horses, and, with her parents’ support, she is able to go the distance in joining groups that train the un-adoptable horses and she is able to train them, with her uncanny and innate abilities, to become adoptable, over and over again. It’s the story of true love that’s bigger than we are, and giving a voice to those who can’t speak for themselves!!
This is a book full of heart and soul. It is about Zoe Page, who loves horses, and at a young age knows that she must help them, and save as many as possible. She understands that an unloved horse is a misunderstood horse, and does whatever she can to get to the heart of the horse. Amazing Zoe! Take this journey with her, it will touch your heart.
